Simulator Integration Case History: TrainingPartner Helps Lockheed Martin MS2 Manage Military Training
Lockheed Martin MS2 (formerly Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems - NE&SS) is a fully integrated division with all the required assets to perform on many types of contracts.
Lockheed Martin MS2 needed a learning management system to satisfy the requirements of a military contract. The system had to handle student and instructor registration, training records and certifications, with automated scheduling for students and resources. In total there were over 300 training requirements dealing with training records, skills, testing, analysis, security access, registration, reports and all aspects of training management.
MS2 is currently using both the TrainingPartner administrative module and the TrainingPartner Online module on an Oracle database to offer 200 courses at three sites with annual enrollments up to 1,500.
